Admission to the MSc is open to first degree holders with recognised Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited tertiary institution. Candidates with first degree must have, at least, a Second Class Honours. The programme is meant to address the skills gap in prosecuting the developmental agenda of government.
